Delete Your Account

Permanent · Cannot be undone

This page permanently deletes your PesZone account. You do not need the app installed. You can also delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account.

Deleted permanently

  • Your username, email and profile photo
  • Sign-in details, linked devices and sessions
  • Direct messages and chat history
  • Friends, blocks and notifications
  • XP, level, rank and player stats
  • Any remaining wallet balance

Retained

  • Transaction and payment records, as required for financial and legal compliance
  • Match results and tournament records, which are shared with the players you competed against
  • Rooms and tournaments you created — ownership passes to another member, or they are deleted if empty

Before you continue

  • Withdraw your balance first. Any funds left in your wallet are forfeited on deletion and cannot be recovered.
  • Finish or settle any match in progress.
  • Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your username is cleared from your account and may later be claimed by another player.
