Welcome to PesZone. By using the PesZone Android application and our associated website services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. User Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Register an account using a valid mobile phone number and select a unique display name.
  • Bind your actual eFootball username to your profile. Multi-accounting or registering misleading eFootball names to bypass checks is strictly prohibited.

2. Match Wagers & Escrow Escrow Protection

PesZone acts as a neutral coordinator for player-initialized wagers:

  • Both players agree to stake a specified amount from their Cash Wallet prior to the match.
  • Staked cash is immediately deducted and locked in secure escrow until the result is resolved.
  • Once the pot is funded, neither party can cancel or claim back their stake mid-game.

3. Score Submission, Timers, and Reputation Scores

To maintain platform trust, matches are resolved according to automated rules:

  • Score Submission: Both players are expected to upload a screenshot of the end-game scoreboard via our floating overlay bubble immediately after the match.
  • 2-Minute Clock: The first player's score submission starts a 2-minute countdown timer. The opponent must submit their screenshot within this limit.
  • Reputation Score Penalty: If a player fails to submit within the 2-minute limit, their public Reputation Score is reduced. Reputation Scores are visible on player profiles and track match reliability. The match pot is still processed based on the available submission.

4. Fraud Prevention & Mismatch Penalties

Our backend AI parses screenshot scoreboards and confirms the unique eFootball names match registered profile names:

  • If the screenshots agree, the pot is credited to the winner's wallet immediately.
  • If the uploaded scoreboards reveal mismatched eFootball usernames, outdated images, or clear evidence of fraud, the match is voided, and the pot is penalized.

5. Platform Fees & Commission Structures

PesZone takes commissions based on match categories to fund server assets and creator incentives:

  • 1v1 & Room Matches: 10% platform fee deducted from the pot.
  • Creator-Run Tournaments: 15% per cycle — pot is split as Winner 50%, 2nd place 30%, Creator 5%, Platform 15%.
  • Featured Tournaments: 20% per cycle — pot is split as Winner 50%, 2nd place 30%, Platform 20%. Organized officially by Team PesZone.

6. Wallet Deposits & Cash Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are managed via secure payment processors (M-Pesa, PayPal, NOWPayments). All withdrawals and Pal Top-up transactions are secured by device PIN or biometric authorization. Transaction processing times and fees are displayed on the server dashboard before confirmation.

7. Responsible Gaming & Liability Limit

PesZone is a skill-based platform. We are not responsible for gameplay performance, disconnects during match play, or network instability on the user's end. Users must engage in wagered matches responsibly.
