To facilitate secure eFootball matches and wallet payouts, we collect the following data types:

  • Profile Data: Mobile phone number, profile display name, unique eFootball usernames, and a set secure PIN.
  • Financial Data: Transactions, deposit histories, and withdrawal details handled via local mobile money (M-Pesa), PayPal, or USDT cryptocurrency.
  • Gameplay Data: Scoreboard screenshots uploaded by you at match completion and matched chat records used to identify opponent challenges.
  • Device Data: Biometric metadata (biometric checks are processed entirely on-device and never transmitted to our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to deliver the core features of the PesZone ecosystem:

  • Matching you with competitive opponents in P2P chats and tournament cycles.
  • Running our AI scoreboard parsing algorithm to verify match scores and distribute funds from escrow.
  • Ensuring fraud prevention, identifying coordinate manipulation, and enforcing Reputation Score rules.
  • Securing withdrawals and Pal Top-up transactions.

3. Data Protection & Security

Your wallet and transaction paths are protected by multi-layered encryption. Biometric verification for pal top-ups and cash withdrawals relies on the native device authorization framework. All data is transmitted securely and stored in encrypted storage layers on our Google Cloud servers.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

PesZone does not sell your personal data. We share details only with verified payment partners (such as mobile money API gateways, PayPal checkout services, and NOWPayments API rails) to authorize cash deposits and withdrawals.

5. Your Rights and Controls

Your username is permanent and cannot be changed once set, because it identifies you in eFootball and is what match scoreboards are verified against. You may permanently delete your account at any time — either in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or from the web at peszone.app/delete-account, which requires no app install.
